Dust-sealing spray for coal railway transport
This project reference comes from the Haerwusu coal preparation plant railway spray system under Zhuneng Group. The process is used after open-pit coal mining, crushing, screening, and train loading.
The system sprays a dust-sealing agent onto coal wagons to reduce coal-powder scattering during long-distance transport. The agent is mixed with water in the pump room, pressurized, and delivered to the on-site spray mechanism through electrical control.
